The Victorian era made the moon and star an ever-popular motif, as celestial jewelry was all the rage in the 19th century. The imagery never lost its popularity, and can be found in this 18k gold Me & Ro necklace. The necklace features a crescent moon pendant as its main focal point, dangling from a delicate belcher link chain. One inch above the moon, a gold star is incorporated into the chain on one side of the necklace, bringing nice asymmetry to the piece. The moon and star are imprinted with a lovely paisley pattern that add a sweet, feminine element to the surface of the matte gold.
