Georgian 10K Gold Swivel Fob Pendant

This is a fantastically crafted Georgian 10 karat gold watch fob-pendant featuring an oval swivel that has bezel set spotted agate on one side and a polished rock crystal on the other. The spotted agate is two shades of brown, and the polished crystal is a clear tone.

The 10 karat gold has nice detail throughout. There is a small stippled pattern across the arch of the swivel and bright-cut details on the bail. Both stone and glass panel measure 8.6 mm by 13 mm. From the top to bottom the fob measures a little less than 1". The bail opening is about 4.4 mm diameter and will accommodate a variety of chain sizes. It weighs 4.1 grams, it is unmarked but tests to be 10K gold.

Traditionally, during the Georgian era, fobs were worn as a sign of status and elegance. This fob pendant is a beautiful antique, in great condition for its age. It's great for everyday wear and makes a very special gift!
